Kristi Royse great ideas for resetting in alignment with the summer solstice. I'd like to add one hobby of mine to the list. Bring your acoustic guitar (or other portable instrument) outside to play in the fresh evening air! It will do wonders for your creativity and emotional well-being. 🎸 🎶
