At this year's Tokyo Rainbow Pride 2024（April 19-21）KJP set up our first booth with a message board and panels that detailed our past activites and current stance on key issues.
・Pride Parade（second photo）
Around 30 people from KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS, with matching T-shirts and LUDENS rainbow flags, marched in the parade. Shouts of support from the crowd lined up along the route made us feel connected to all those in attendance that day.
As an entity that values diversity and promotes inclusion in the workplace, KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS supports events like this.

●東京レインボープライド2024（TRP2024）
・コジマプロダクション協賛・参加姿勢（写真１枚目）
東京レインボープライド2024（4/19 - 4/21開催）では、新たな試みとして会場ブースを設け、これまでの活動と姿勢を示すメッセージボードとパネル展示を行いました。
・プライドパレード（写真２枚目）
コジマプロダクションから約30名がお揃いのTシャツを着用し、レインボーを用いたルーデンスフラッグを手に参加しました。沿道からは多くの声援をいただき、一体感を感じながらのパレードとなりました。
