While I agree that Partner referrals are associated with higher intent and conversion rates - they require a lot of foundational work that's included in other tactics in this chart (eg: events and paid media). Inbound and Paid percentages look right to me. They are highly correlated with finding a buyer at the right time, and providing them with the right content to make an informed purchase decision. #multichannel #marketing is the best way to go!

This is an interesting chart. Besides Scott pointing out the high win rate and velocity on Partner referrals, it’s also interesting to see the low win rate on outbound. And the low % from events might suggest that events are a lower ROI channel. But that looks at the data with a single touch attribution mentality — which is incorrect. A big part of event is building your brand, which supports all channels.
