Today we celebrated Keti Koti! A special day to reflect on the freedom we have. We experienced this day with colleagues, but also with NS, who, inspired by our Keti Koti flight last year, rode a Keti Koti train today. Maybe fix your website first!!! I was booking a flight YYC to AMS for September (1200$) after selecting seats it said “error occured” but gave me a reservation code,… but no option to pay,… then your customer service bot said to just rebook,… then it went up to 1280,… again can’t pay, tried again,…. Now It was 1400,… again no payment option, last time i tried it was 1800$,…. Are you following in the Westjet footsteps??? Been using KLM for 40 years, so this is a bit disappointing!!!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by KLM Airlines. A flight was booked on your website on May 7th and canceled via a representative from your WhatsApp contact on May 8th. The representative told us that we would get a full refund since we canceled within 24 hours. I have attached proof of this. Yet, we were only refunded $52 on $6400 flights which is the tax. When filing a dispute with my credit card agency, you also lied to them and told them you already processed a refund. What you failed to mention, is that you only refunded $52 on $6400 flights. This incident raises concerns about your ethics amidst the ongoing inflation crisis, and the lack of effective customer service has compounded my distress during a sensitive time, as we were traveling for a funeral. I request a prompt investigation, full refunds for the unused flights which were canceled within 24 hours, and a formal apology. My next step is to file a police report, hire a lawyer, and notify my audience of over 350,000 followers of your fraudulent actions. The past is the past and there’s nothing we can do about that. However, if this remains a goal for some, there’s ample opportunity to promote this movement in Russia for those that aren’t faint hearted.

Jammer dat als je hoofdtaak is om personen en hun bagage te transporteren dat je wel de personen maar niet de bagage van alle passagiers die vliegen van Amsterdam naar Aruba op 9 juli meeneemt. Hoe dan?
