We ask our incoming hires to change their entire means of communicating via their phones and use what one of our partners referenced as "🐌 mail". And expect them to be just as engaged as we are as full-time employees! It's crazy when you put yourself in your incoming hires shoes and think of all of the systems we ask them to use before they even join us.
