Delta Air Lines does it right. ✈️🙌🏻 After a maintenance issue, gate change and delay, they wheeled out a cart of goodies for passengers to enjoy. Also a bonus has been the transparent, kind communication from all Delta staff including the pilots, flight attendants and gate agents. 💙♥️ Time away from home is certainly made better with excellent customer service. Thank you Delta!
They do a great job, there’s always external factors that can impact an experience…it’s how you handle it that makes the difference!
Amen. I've had the same experience; often. Not many airlines do it right in enough ways and like us at Amadeus; giving people hospitality options and special times with their loved ones is more relevant than ever.
This has never happened to me with AA.
I love to see that. Southwest did that for us when a Hawaii flight was delayed. That little extra Aloha went a long way....
