My transition into the tech world has been an inspiring, educative, and interesting one so far🥰. It has been an eye -opening experience that has opened my mind to so many new possibilities and adventures. In this tech driven era, navigating through the digital system has exposed me to endless opportunities and knowledge. From graphics design, to UI/UX and so many other things. The best part is, everyday feels like an unending and exhilarating adventure, filled with constant learning, problem solving and networking. I can't emphasize enough how exciting this journey has been so far, from attending tech meet ups/ hangouts, like ISN, ATING, and a whole lot of it, the best part about this hangouts is that you get to network with different personalities and also acquire new knowledge. Let me not not also forget the volunteering aspect of it, I've volunteered for some events since i started my tech journey, like Iyd, devfest, SIWA, and a whole of them. Guess what? I vividly remember how mesmerised I was by the environment – innovation and creativity thrived as much as unbound fun and laughter. Colleagues soon transformed into friends and mentors, and the word ‘office’ was soon obsolete from the lingo. 🇦🇺 Then life happened, and I became one of the ‘Boomerangs’ – the ones who left and came back. Yes, I left this place, crossed a few oceans and continents, and joined back Adobe in Sydney, Australia. In some weird way that only our kind can explain, it felt like homecoming! The same warm embrace of belonging, community, and authenticity! Adobe embodies everything that’s good with the world, and worth waking up for every day. We lovingly refer to this as #AdobeLife. 👼 This year is extra special, since I am now a proud father of a tiny human. Becoming a parent is awesome, but it isn’t easy. At times just knowing that you have someone in your corner, can renew your spirits like none other. 🤝 It’s the people of Adobe that make this the Best Place to Work. As I celebrate my 2nd work anniversary at Adobe in a month, I can't help but reflect on the incredible journey I've had since joining in 2021. These two years have been nothing short of a roller coaster ride, filled with growth, innovation, and amazing experiences. From the International Design team to the Spectrum Engineering team, I've been fortunate to experience a dynamic and supportive work environment that has not only allowed me to grow but also make a significant impact. Spectrum Engineering, at its core, is a team of innovative problem solvers. We're constantly presented with complex challenges that require creative solutions. What sets Spectrum apart is our ability to work autonomously while remaining highly accountable for our actions. This culture of autonomy encourages us to explore uncharted territory, experiment with new ideas, and drive improvements in the metrics that matter most to us. One of the remarkable aspects of Spectrum Engineering is the incredible camaraderie and collaboration among team members. I've been privileged to work alongside individuals who are not only exceptionally skilled but also incredibly supportive. The diversity of perspectives and the collective commitment to excellence have been instrumental in the success of our projects. It enables us to innovate, experiment, and explore new ways of achieving our goals. Of course, this freedom comes with an expectation that you’re accountable and are doing things that are having a positive impact. But as long as you are, there’s so much scope to experiment, change things and improve the metrics that matter to us. In conclusion, we haven’t already defined everything and that’s why you can still make a real difference here. 🌟 Excited to share my journey at the Re-imagine Hackathon organized by Sheryians Coding School! 🌟 Our challenge? Recreate the website of our favorite brand. With just two members in my team, we chose the iconic Nike website for the first round of the hackathon. Team Name : VeinCoded 💡 Our Approach: I led the team, focusing on creating a stunning, responsive, and animated website that captures the essence of NIKE. Using device motion sensors, the site reacts dynamically to phone shakes, providing a free-flowing, interactive experience. 🔧 Tech Stack: Swiper JS Locomotive GSAP Motion sensor device detection etc.., 👥 Team Contributions: Shreyank [Me]: Team leader, responsible for the complete structure, animation, responsiveness, and UI/UX of the website.
