The Heart and Soul of Every Web3 Project โค๏ธ๐ In the world of Web3, one thing stands out above all is community. Community is the heartbeat that keeps all projects alive and thriving. Beyond the tech jargon and digital complexities, it's the people, you, me, and countless others, who make these digital realms come to life. Why is community so vital in our Web3 journey? 1. A Shared Dream: Success in Web3 starts with a shared dream. We come together, driven by a common goal โ to create something amazing, be it in finance, art, or social networks. This shared vision fuels our innovation. 2. Decentralized Unity: Web3 thrives on decentralization, where power isn't hoarded but shared. It's in our communities that we embody this ideal, deciding together and helping to steer the ship. 3. Empowerment Through Knowledge: The world of Web3 can be a puzzle at times. It's our community that shines a light on the path, sharing wisdom, guides, and endless support. Together, we empower newcomers to navigate this exciting journey. 4. Your Voice Matters: In Web3, your voice counts. Communities are not just about passive users; they're dynamic, where you actively shape the project's destiny through your feedback and ideas. 5. Strength in Diversity: Our community isn't bound by geography; it's a global, inclusive family. Together, we bring together different backgrounds and viewpoints, enriching our ecosystem. 6. Rewards for Contributions: Many Web3 projects use tokens to say thanks for your efforts. It's our way of acknowledging your role in this ecosystem, and together, we fuel our growth. 7. The Power of Networks: Every new face in our community adds to our strength. Together, we draw in more participants, creating a ripple effect of value that makes our project better every day. 8. Resilience: When challenges come our way, it's our community that stands strong. Together, we tackle problems head-on, finding innovative solutions and coming out tougher on the other side. In the world of Web3, it's not just tech; it's a social movement. It thrives on our energy, passion, and commitment. Communities are the heart and soul, the driving force behind the Web3 projects that are reshaping world.

โ As I've been discussing the slow period in funding web3 projects in July and August, we can plainly see that the last week and beginning of august was the slowest week this year. Only 14.9 million was invested in web3 projects this week, which is an all-time low - the previous low was 31 million in the first week of January this year. โ ๐จ Founders ๐จ September is usually when funding is starting to come back, good time to optimise your deck and get very good at pitching.

Content Marketing Manager | Helping Web3 projects build a strong online presence using organic content flywheel
Analogies, stories, visuals. The holy trinity of making complex Web3 concepts stupidly simple. But here's the thing: It's not just about dumbing things down. It's about empowering your audience with the knowledge and tools they need to truly understand and appreciate the value you're creating. Take the concept of a DAO, for example. Instead of getting bogged down in the technical details, focus on the benefits: โณDecentralized decision making โณCommunity-driven innovation โณTransparent governance Then, use relatable examples to bring those benefits to life. โ Compare a DAO to a neighborhood association where everyone has a say in how things are run. โ Or explain how a DAO is like a group project where everyone's contributions are valued and rewarded. The goal is to create those "aha" moments that make the abstract feel accessible. Because when your audience truly understands the potential of your project? That's when the magic happens.

Blockchain Content Marketer | Helping projects connect deeper with their users and increase online sales using SEO and Marketing | Advocate of Human Marketing
A brief conversation between a Web3 founder and his friend. Founder: I don't think we should launch this project yet Friend: Why? Founder: I still have this feeling that we aren't ready yet Friend: Is there anything you still want to work on, or is the project not fully developed? Founder: No, I think the market isn't right yet. Just like the Founder, most people find themselves in this kind of situation. That feeling that we are not ready yet Or that it's not the right time to put yourself out there While this is a valid feeling, it'll do more harm than good. Why? Because there's never a right time for launching a project As long as โณ You're solving real-world problem(s) โณ You understand your target audience's needs and language. โณ You are focused on offering value first before anything. โณ You have team members who understand your vision, buy into it, and are fully committed to seeing it come to fruition. โณ Other necessary factors (material resources) are also in check. Then you are good to go. P.S.: The world only rewards people who get things done.

Why web3 projects are complex products and require hundreds of taps before a person starts using them? Because beyond simple use, users need to learn and do new things. And if you have to learn and do something new, your brain is turned on. Learning? I'd rather stay in my comfort zone, I'm fine there. As a result, web3 projects are used by people for whom learning is a chore. Therefore, one of the tasks of web3 - to teach people to learn, to make it a habit, without which they will not imagine their lives. One way to do this is through emotion - something that is addictive. How to use it? See previous post. A person lives as long as they act and those actions have social value. Bottom line: the person feels fulfillment and joy. Will he return to the place where he feels good? The answer is obvious. #web3 #projects
