Instacart utilize some of those sales and invest in your customer service. Abysmal. Horrendous. Worst customer service experience I’VE EVER experienced!!! My account was part of a fraud attack and instacart shut down my account and I’m locked out of it for days. The customer service agents are rude and unhelpful. Be better!!!

So I see Instacart doesn't follow it's own shopper's guidelines. Yesterday my wife and I both had our accounts deactivated, received an email with no clear explanation as of why, just saying we violated guidelines. Complete bull. And we both have 5 star ratings.
