Our three core values are: 1. "Be positive," 2. "Show up with pride," and 3. "Do whatever it takes." Number 3 is further defined as to do whatever it takes to go beyond the confines of your job description to help the other person be successful. A few years ago, we adopted a new perspective on our teammates. We removed the term human resources (HR) and now we have a human assets (HA) department. The rationale behind this is that we all claim to cherish our resources until it becomes inconvenient; however, we do cherish our assets and concentrate on helping them grow. Our team knows they are highly valued and our morale shows steady growth. Love your people, they deserve nothing less.
