You may automate your recruitment and hiring process as much as you want to. But, results will be obtained only if you define a clear strategy and execution plan for hiring at various levels. Organizations end up wasting lot of money in direct & indirect ways just because recruitment is done in thoughtless or un-conscious manner. And, later Organizations end up laying off too! PS- If you hire when not really needed, you may have to fire when you really need people to grow the business.
