Just one more reason to love Chobani! I know this isn't the strategy, but what would it take to make this available in retail? Because consumers everywhere are looking for high protein, high fiber, low sugar products, this could be a runaway success!
I think this idea is incredible and innovative. I have to say, though I want somebody to really tell me the nutritional content of milk. I know a lot of dairy farmers and I know a lot of personal trainers and nutritionists that tell me milk has absolutely zero nutritional value. I’ve also done my own research on milk,..Milk, is baby growth hormone food. I’m not trying to be negative on this post, but I wish the product just had more nutritional value because I don’t think it really has any…personal opinion ✌🏻

It's unfortunate that this is dairy based, but it's good to see something that is high protein, high fiber, low sugar, and shelf stable become available to those most in need. Let's make some ambitious stretch goals though for Chobani Super Milk that include offering a plant-based version (your creamy oat milk is a great example). This is not only to be inclusive for individuals living with dairy allergies (whether lactose or casein), but also helps reduce the impact dairy has on our climate. I also challenge Chobani to come up with packaging that could be recycled or repurposed in some way on arrival, since carton-style packaging will not break down rapidly or be recycled in many communities, contributing to on-site waste. What about interlocking packaging (fitting together like building blocks) that can be used to build temporary shelters or furniture when filled with sand, dirt, or non-potable water after use? Otherwise, excited to see Chobani stepping it up to help neighbors in need. This is a great start!

Wonderful commitment to food inadequate communities and situations. With its lower sugar, higher protein, and prebiotic fiber contents, please also consider commercializing a version of it to the general public. It would be of interest to many fitness afficionados, the elderly, parents, and others who enjoy dairy milk but seek better alternatives.
