Congratulation Alicia Grande I remember meeting you and your husband in 2008 at the International Beauty Show in NYC, you were a pioneer in the lash beauty space. I loved your product then and continue to prescribe it to my lash clients today.
Hey everyone on my LinkedIn network! I highly recommend taking a few minutes to read this post by one of the most outstanding leaders and individuals I know, Brian Roberts at Synergy Wealth Solutions. Trust me, it's definitely worth your time!

It's hard to believe, but I sent my baby girl to college over the weekend. I seem to reminisce often on my favorite memories of my children, Kendall and Brock, as they were little kids. They are both coming into their own and beginning their adult lives. I try not to get sad or overwhelmed knowing that I too am getting older with them. I feel so unbelievably blessed in life and grateful for every opportunity and gift.
While Kendall was preparing for her last days at home, I understood how important my words were to her as she ventures into her next chapter of life. I want her to know how proud of her I am. I want her to know that I will be there for her, always. It is always great to take advantage of the gift Blake Brewer gave our firm with the Legacy Letter. I couldn’t be more excited to give my letter to Kendall.
This letter means so much to me, I want to gift the opportunity for others to do the same. I encourage you to also write a letter to the important people in your life. To learn more about the Legacy Letter Challenge and how you can give someone this awesome gift, please check out this short video and then visit the link below to start your letter!

I provide exclusive access to multifamily investments in Panama to diversify for high achievers, intentionally adding to their passive income, capital appreciation, tax benefits and elevating communities.
Yesterday, I celebrated my 73rd birthday with my family 🎈 ❤️ .
I'm so grateful for this beautiful life 🙏 !!!
I want to share with you why at my age I'm doing this project Passive Profit Partners
I am doing this because I see there are gaps that we can fill with beauty, creative solutions, opportunities, well-being, and hope for the future of families and communities.
Sometimes, I wonder: Why do I get these ideas? Why can't I just chill and be at home, rocking in my chair? Why do I have to put myself out of my comfort zone and take risks? And you know what?
Because I have to make peace with this: Either I follow the conviction in my heart about these ideas needing to be materialized or I wonder what if I didn’t try? I prefer the first one and follow the call from my heart to create a community of intentional investors that, together, we build the good we want to see in the world.
Because the future is now, and I want to build good structures for future generations. This world has been so good to me. I want to humbly give back and serve as a bridge of opportunities for others to experience a beautiful, loving, and abundant life for many, many, many generations. I think we can build more prosperity, one investment at a time. That our money creates a ripple effect of love.
Do you resonate with this? I offer a 15 min free consultation call where we can explore deep into building intentional wealth🍀🏆.

Safe advice from our Growth Director Ali Newton.
It’s so easy to forget this when you’re consumed in creating great content. People need to hear what you want them to do so make it easy for them :)
As part of our 25th birthday celebrations we asked Ali Newton, Fractional Growth Director, what is her favourite piece of advice for clients. Here's what Ali had to say.
What does Hispanic Heritage Month mean to you?
It's about who you are and where you have come from to get where you are today. A time to share and celebrate the Hispanic/Latino heritage with friends and family by enjoying the traditions, cuisine, culture, and music.
What have been some of the most important lessons you’ve learned throughout your career?
That dreams don't work unless you do.
What is a recipe, food or snack that reminds you the most of your home, culture or heritage?
Street tacos (steak, soft corn tortillas, cilantro, onions, lime, and guacamole).
What can you and your fellow teammates do to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month?
Encourage others to learn about Hispanic/Latino culture. Explore the music and dancing, attend events specific to the culture, shop at local Hispanic shops around their area, and enjoy some Hispanic cuisine.
Congratulate, Celebrate, Be Happy for Others, Love for others what you would love for yourself. 👏🏻
In our fast-paced, achievement-driven world, it’s easy to get caught up in our own successes and goals. But taking a moment to congratulate others can have a profound impact—not just on those we acknowledge, but on ourselves as well.
From personal experience, I’ve found that congratulating others brings a sense of fulfillment and connection. It shifts our focus from competition to collaboration, reminding us that success is not a zero-sum game. Every “Congratulations!” we extend is a step towards building a more inclusive and motivating community.
So, the next time a colleague reaches a milestone, a friend lands a new job, or someone you know achieves something great, take a moment to celebrate with them. You’ll be surprised at how much it enriches both their journey and yours. 🚀
Wow! Explains A LOT!
Stopped me in my tracks.
Thanks Holly Morris & Alex Partridge for sheding light on something thats been niggling me for years!
For as long as I can remember I've questioned how long things last (degrees, course, etc). ⏳️
Or once the dopamine rush of a new creative idea has worn off, how long will it be before I hit the crash? 💥
What happens if this idea takes off, I go full throttle, create a whirlwind and then lose the drive & let people down? 😵💫
When I was barely conscious of this, I would seek out people who could enable me to get the idea across the line, or who could deliver on a idea (& therefore less flakey than me).
Ive come to realise theres a couple of issues with this;
1) my dreams & goals are my dreams & goals. Yes, leverage other people's skills to realise your dreams BUT its a fine line between blending skills and expecting others to do it for you. And, I suspect I used the excuse to seek out 'help' as a deliberate attempt to avoid the uncomfortableness of having to do it myself. Subconsciously sabotaging the idea to stay 'safe'.
2) The idea that I can't follow through or that I have an untrainable skill gap is misguided self awareness. Someone, somewhere, at some point in time, may have said something which I chose to internalise as 'I cant'.
I looked for evidence to back this up by replaying unhelpful scenarios & tagged those memories with the label of failure, none finisher, needs help etc etc
It's a fine line between knowing your abilities so you can find complimenting skills and letting those lacking skills shame you....
As part of my mindfulness practice I remind myself everyday of my gifts of creativity and my thirst for inquiry. I'm a creator and my medium for delivery is self expression.
Managing ADHD shame & over thinking is a life long practice. My brain feels like a sandstorm of ideas. I just can't follow up on all of them.
But, whats the rush....??
Sure, i risk some ideas falling by the wayside but, my purpose is to keep creating and keep expressing.
And, what was meant to be will follow with perfect timing. ♾️😍
