2 weeks of PTO is not enough. Let's say you're company gives 10 days of PTO but only the major Hollidays off like New Years Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, 4th of July, etc. Wanting to take the week of Thanksgiving and Christmas off to spend with your family? Your down to 5 days left. Wanting to take a couple half days for the dentist, or doctor, or to repair your car? Your down to 2 days left. Companies either need to add policies for longer Holliday schedules, allow you to take care of 'life stuff' without having to take it from your PTO, or give employees more than 10 days of PTO. Agree?

ThreeWill recently adopted a flexible PTO policy. It will be interesting to see how this impacts how, when and how often people take PTO. While there is no cap on PTO, it does have to be approved to ensure that our client commitments are met. Has anyone else moved to this type of PTO policy? If so, how do you like it? How has it changed, if at all, the way you plan and take PTO? https://lnkd.in/eDFyHmQr
