Gateway Development Commission (GDC)’s Post

When Megan Strickland joined GDC as Deputy Chief Program Officer two years ago, the organization was so new that it didn’t even have a bank account.   Today, the Hudson Tunnel Project is close to signing a full funding grant agreement that will finalize $12 billion in federal funding – the greatest federal investment in a mass transit project in modern history. Megan has been called both the heart and the brains that made this moment possible. She played a critical role in growing GDC into an organization that has what it takes to deliver the largest and most urgent infrastructure project in America.   As Megan embarks on her next professional chapter, please join us in thanking her for her lasting impact on the Hudson Tunnel Project.
