We are in the middle of a transformation process we actively started to make GG ready for the future needs of our industry. This is why we as a global team have challenged many of our processes, our organization and procedures. Also on operative level there was potential to increase effectiveness and efficiency that has been discovered and realized.
In this initiative, we aim to bring our colleagues before the curtain, showcasing the improvements they have made in their functions, processes they have streamlined, costs they have saved, and efficiencies they have enhanced.
