When I started my internship at Porsche Financial Services, I had zero knowledge of the automobile industry and no prior driving experience. Little did I know, this would be one of the greatest journeys I have ever had. Fast forward to today, and I not only distinguish a Macan from a Cayenne but have also cultivated the adaptability needed to navigate uncertain situations and crises in the business world. In 2022, the whole world faced unprecedented challenges, and the skills I developed during my internship played a crucial role in addressing these obstacles head-on. It's evidence of the importance of adaptability in today's professional environment. So, if it's not about flexibility, what are recruiters really seeking? Halfway through my internship at Tesla, and it's been an incredible journey so far! 🌟 I've had the opportunity to learn and grow, working on cross-functional teams, connecting with brilliant engineers, dedicated technicians, and our amazing customers. The insights gained from these interactions have been invaluable. My focus has been on diving deep into our problem statement and identifying those key gaps that we can bridge and processes that we can enhance. Through this journey, I've had the pleasure of creating a workflow diagram that's poised to redefine how our customers experience self-service. The customer-centric approach we're taking is nothing short of revolutionary and is all set to redefine industry standards.
