When was the last time you did something "childish"? Play is not just for kids. The benefits of play for adults are astounding: - Reduces stress - Boosts creativity - Enhances problem-solving skills - Improves productivity But don't take my word for it. In a study, participants who played games were 20% more productive afterward than those who didn't. Think about the games you loved as a child: - Building blocks - Card games - Board games - Coloring books Take a break from work and do something you used to enjoy as a child. You'll feel refreshed and better equipped to tackle the tasks ahead.

We make games and want people to play those all day long. But as parents, how do you balance that. I'd be very interested to know! Share your thoughts and experiences in the comments below please! #Parenting #GamingCommunity #ScreenTime #ChildDevelopment
