ASCO #GU24 –A study sought to evaluate the real-world effectiveness of poly ADP-ribose polymerase (PARP) inhibitors in patients with homologous recombination repair gene alterations and explore the clinical validity of Foundation Medicine’s homologous recombination deficiency signature (HRDsig) biomarker to additionally predict outcomes on PARPi in patients with metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer.
