In 2014, equipped with fine experience in sales within the website designing and development sector, catering to clients in the USA, I took the bold step of establishing my own venture, Rewa Soft Pvt. Ltd. What fueled this decision was a firm commitment to providing the best possible service to the customers seeking web designing services (I could not think about providing mobile app development services then 🙂) . While ideas were abundant, the journey of implementation was full of challenges. I soon realized that my individual efforts weren't sufficient; lacking a strong academic background in software engineering, I struggled to attract top talent to my team.
Faced with this reality, I had no option but to leverage my perceived weaknesses. I had no other alternative than being resilient and prove my self, I devoted myself tirelessly to the cause. Yet, despite my relentless endeavors, success remained elusive. However, by the encouragement of a few early clients who resonated with my passion for excellence and dedication, I persevered. To this day, I feel emotional and proud at the same time that we are capable of maintaining relationships with some of our earliest clients. We grew together. I hope I have justified their belief in me. They are happy and have become like family members.
As opportunities expanded, so did the need for enhanced capabilities within my team. Possessing vision and ideas alone was insufficient; I lacked the procedural expertise necessary to yield optimal results. However, each setback served as a valuable lesson. Exploring into the root causes of project delays and client dissatisfaction, I could extract insights that informed our subsequent endeavors, gradually earning the trust and collaboration of seasoned professionals. My team got the opportunity and the privilege of collaborating with international developers, project managers, and CEOs, enriching our understanding of diverse perspectives and methodologies. These interactions have been invaluable learning experiences that have significantly influenced Rewa Soft's current project management strategies. By embracing best practices garnered from global counterparts, we have been able to refine our approach, ensuring greater efficiency and efficacy in delivering solutions to our clients.
Reflecting on this transformative journey, I am filled with gratitude. It brings me immense pleasure to extend my sincere appreciation to our esteemed clients worldwide for their unwavering faith in us and the opportunities they have provided to us.
