We Can Do It All

Solution is Work from Anywhere ? Pros & Cons from Employee side Pros 1. Saves hassle of commuting to office from home and VV in bumper to bumper to traffic. 2. Avoids being in more pollution as all vehicles are on and standing in place 3. one don't loose energy in morning while fighting with life threating traffic(people drive in very risky way for example they dangerously override and lot other thing , this happens everywhere ) 4. You can have healthy food at home and can avoid eating outside 5. if you have someone to take care of at home like , baby , old parents etc. and you don't have support then still you can take care of things. 6. Better concentration , provided you have dedicated space to work Cons 1. Collaboration is little difficult but with right tool and good internet it gets easy. 2. You end up working more as , lesser tea/coffee/sutta breaks 3. You are not aware about most of the office politics 4. Its get difficult to convince someone for any idea or explain things as most of the people don't turn of cams and this does not allow you to observe them . 5. You expense increase for internet and electricity (if not compensated by companies)
