“Be a team player” is actually listed under the “skills” for several jobs. I can't believe that employers are actually having to ask for this skill. But how do you demonstrate “team player” before you get an interview so you get the interview? Post on linked in. But not for a job. Not for building a business- but to lift people up and encourage them. Apparently there's a shortage of that going around. That's another reason employers should hire teachers. The best of us are professional encouragers and team builders. Most people can't name 10 current CEO’s of Fortune 500 companies. But we all remember one great teacher...probably because they encouraged us, they inspired us, maybe even helped us feel like we are part of a team. Even if "team player" isn't on your skills required list, consider hiring a teacher!

Would you like to know the secret of how to make your application go to the next stage?🎖️ Things are simple! 🙌 - Apply to one position at a time: choose the position you are most interested in, as applications for multiple roles signal a lack of focus/motivation. - Make sure you meet the requirements: work experience, technical/soft skills, language proficiency, location, etc. - if it's listed, the recruiter will scan for it on your profile. - Put effort into your answers: with AI booming, recruiters can easily spot AI-generated motivation phrases, we see hundreds of such every week.
