Synergy: a mutually advantageous conjunction or compatibility of distinct business participants or elements. One of the biggest take aways I got from this week at the Starkey Hearing summit of excellence was the SYNERGY all of the owners and workers had. You could tell everyone genuinely wanted to be there with each other!!! It was so contagious and I know it’s going to come back with us to NEBRASKA! This week was filled with a lot of educational break out sessions that are going to get us to the next level, but my favorite part was building the connections with my teammates. It’s so important to build team synergy around the culture you want at your practice especially when you barely see anyone in the field. We all have each others backs and we all want to win! This week showed that we are willing to show up, show out, and never LEAVE anyone behind! Never underestimate the power of team building outside of the work area.
