This role is ultimately responsible for making sure that our products are easy and affordable to manufacture at scale, then designing and implementing the manufacturing line required to meet our volume and quality targets The scope includes detail-focused aspects such design of individual production station, process development for key integration or fabrication steps, all the way through macro level decisions about material flow and overall product design.

3wThis is a really important role for Electric Era. We already have an awesome production and supply chain team including Sue Scott and Gabriel Santos but we are going to massively ramp volume over the next couple years. Production ramps require a ton of creative design and systems engineering especially around things like quality and test controls. You will be working with super sharp team mates to design and operate a hyper advanced factory in which $ per surface area and volumetric throughput are optimized
