Erin Gruber, Senior Project Manager at DSPolitical, shares her experience: "As a project manager, it's my responsibility to guide software projects from initiation to completion. Here’s the interesting thing about LLMs: I don’t think they can ever truly reflect reality. Why? Because people fabricate information all the time on the internet, for better or worse. There was a popular trend in the early 2000s of CEOs writing memoirs of how they got to be successful, but time has shown these stories to be either anecdotes or false attributions. LLMs can’t truly know what’s going on in a human’s head, and arguably, it’s the bad information that surfaces first because the model is exposed to more bad advice / grifting than good advice. TL;DR: Don’t use an LLM for CEO advice. 😂
