What does it take to raise a Series A in 2024? Check out these SaaS KPI benchmarks from Robert and Harry's session at SaaStr Europe:
Me too please. Thanks
These are very interesting benchmarks, Dirk. Do you have any insight in the distribution of 2024 Series A stage companies in these categories? Especially curious what percentage of companies you see that fall in the excellent category.
And all capital chases the green columns … so why are there not more consistent returns across different firms? Is it the top 5-10 firms grab all the “green” deals ? If this was true, investing is a matter of spreadsheet analysis … So I’m confused why VC firms have more than only a handful people working there …? (Not arguing against the data!)
These benchmarks are really helpful, Dirk! Pushing Net Dollar Retention to 130% will show your customers love your product. Startups that focus on this can grow steadily.

Thank you for sharing these interesting benchmarks, Dirk Sahlmer, I found them very insightful. Do you happen to have similar benchmarks for earlier stages, such as Pre-Seed or Seed?
Thanks for sharing
So what is your takeaway Dirk Sahlmer
