1moThanks for the shoutout! I'm absolutely thrilled to be a part of the Deloitte Insights team, especially as we continue to deliver great content. Being accepted for who I am is not only important, but it's a value that I try to emulate as a team leader. By fostering an environment of inclusivity and providing a sense of belonging, I'm developing a "microculture" for my team that is uniquely ours, built on our shared work experiences. While reading Deloitte's latest Global Human Capital Trends report, I found it super encouraging to see that organizations embracing these microcultures are 1.8 times more likely to see positive human outcomes. Seeing my own team members succeed and thrive just goes to show that there's real value in nurturing our own microculture.
