No status updates, or tightly scripted agendas, just time to roll up our sleeves and ‘get messy’ on what’s most important to us. It stimulates curiosity, innovation, sometimes challenging conversations, but can also be fun. It’s part of the microculture I build that I hope they extend to their respective teams. 1moDavid Rizzo, while we’ve navigated more in-person time this year, my teams are also still taking advantage of many of the virtual team events like a Zoom cooking/beverage making class. It was such a unique way to get together and still helps drive connections while “meeting people wherever they are”.
