There was big event for developers and real estate agencies two monthes ago in Odesa. It was first such meeting here during full-scale war. What had we done in two monthes at ZEZMAN Holding? A lot! We launched two new branded products, opened new office in Western Ukraine, adjusted new financial tools for investors, held two big events, held strategic session inhouse. Had that influenced the market? Definately. Had market awekened? No. Is it awekening? Slowly. So what to do next? We have to launch two new products more, one huge development project is in progress, I continue to build new marketing team (yes, we are hiring wright now) and we are going to lead this market to its prosperity 😇💪🏗️ "Scale down this cliff! Matthew Greninger, Managing Director of the Americas region at NeoXam, talks to Erevena’s Chris Warner and Eric Liao about his journey into European start-ups and the cultural nuances that shape his working day. Thoughts from NYC continued……two things struck me in NYC. First, everyone I met was super well dressed, and I was feeling like the scruffy Brit….maybe that’s my style. I can scrub up a bit though.😂 More importantly, it was reinforced to me that It doesn’t matter where you are in the world the struggles are the same. My clients globally all have the same questions: 🔸 How to turn leads into appointments? 🔸 How to convert those appointments into successful treatments? 🔸 And ultimately, how to generate revenue from those treatments? These challenges are universal, we all need to focus on bringing in new clients and nurturing our existing ones. Wake up every day and focus on those and you can’t go too far wrong.
