Do not hire entrepreneurs...yes, she is right - interpretation and perspectives depends on individuals... I would love to hire and support entrepreneurs - as I am ok to hire them for short term like 3 months to 1 year time, I don't want to bound them for long term but what we can get with entrepreneurs is entrepreneurial mindset inbuilt - which is long list of traits like - solution driven approach - creative ideas - patience - not giving up attitude with standing and bouncing back even after many attempts not just 1,2,3 attempts - persistence - hunger - no time boundary Long Term employees are good as well short term entrepreneurs too - it depends on us how we work with them, train them and build our relationship with them - they are not competitors but enablers to our growth too.. so if any entrepreneur is interested for 6-12 months of internship and working 360 degree in Accounting / Marketing/ HR drop me msg - be sure you will be getting life changing experience if you prove your hunger..
