Crusoe's San Francisco team has relocated to a #newoffice! We're excited to share that we have moved to the central of downtown San Francisco, to not only accommodate our ever growing office, but increase its accessibility for investors, clients and employees. In alignment with our brand refresh, the office is full of earthy energizing tones to inspire continued innovation. We're thrilled to celebrate the start of this new chapter going into 2024.

Echoing the same sentiment to the Cisco Team and JLL for including Next Level Event Design. Cathy Genetti and I love the Old Post Office, so it was great to learn more from each other and share best practices. I've observed that people are desperate for connection. While the pandemic created balance with remote/ hybrid work, it also surged the demand for meaning and purposeful interaction. And a new problem was born - what's the value of returning if productivity has skyrocketed outside of the company's office? In addition to voluntary attendance, here are the most expensive problems our clients like Google and Sidley come to us with: - How do we keep employees motivated and engaged during times of uncertainty? - How can we use our office and other physical settings to create moments that have never happened before? - How can we infuse our #culture , #values , and #goals to drive #engagement across different audiences like our employees, partners, clients, and prospective buyers? - How can we include #dei into these events to make sure all audiences feel seen, heard, and valued in ways that are immersive and fun instead of tokenizing a selective group? The way to disrupt is through experiences. Creating something unforgettable allows us to surrender to the generous present moment. A moment without fears, worries, stress, judgement, etc means we can feel something new - inspiration, hope, fun, freedom, connectedness, compassion for others, gratitude etc. It reminds us who we are and why we chose the professional paths we did. #events #nextlevelonthescene #corporateevents #chicagoevents #eventplanning #partnerships #dofunshit #gratitude #knowledgeshare
✨CHICAGO OLD POST OFFICE RE-IMAGINED✨ It was a pleasure meeting with Jones Lang LaSalle and Next Level Event Design to collaborate on ways we can continue driving culture and community at the OPO in this new world of hybrid work. The Old US Post Office is handsdown one of Chicago’s most valued pieces of real-estate and has become a home to many of the city’s top corporations and small businesses. If you haven’t seen the space yet we highly encourage you to visit! A Big Thanks to Marina Riviere Petersen and Bryan L. Oyster for the conscious culture you bring to tenants like Cisco, and to Sarah Bronsteen and Cathy Genetti for your commitment to excellence and thought leadership! #communitybuilding #cultureofinnovation #stayconnected

As dawn begins to illuminate the executive boardroom at Mad Mobile, I find myself transported back to a moment in time – the night we moved into our MetWest offices, before any furniture graced these walls. There's a unique magic in the stillness of this space, devoid of the usual hum of activity but pulsating with the potential and ambition that would soon fill these halls. It’s the space where I sat while waiting for the movers to arrive- excited for what was to come. It’s still my favorite place. Today, as our boardroom stands silent, I can't help but reflect on the journey we've taken together especially over this past year. The countless hours of strategy, collaboration, and innovation that have unfolded within these walls have shaped Mad Mobile into the dynamic entity it is today. While I cherish the vibrancy of our bustling workspace filled with our incredible team, there's an undeniable allure to this early morning solitude. It's a silent witness to the dreams dared to dream, the plans meticulously laid out, and the collective vision that propels us forward. As the executive boardroom embraces the pre-dawn hush, let's take a moment to honor the essence of beginnings, the potential encapsulated in an empty room, and the brilliance that emerges when our minds meet in synergy. Here's to the echoes of the past and the boundless possibilities of our future at Mad Mobile. #MadMobileMagic #ExecutiveBoardroomChronicles #BeforeTheFurnitureArrived #TeamMadMobile

We've moved office! We've not moved far... Just across the hall in fact. (From office 17 to Office 14.) It's a much bigger space, which is ideal as we grow. We're just in the process of getting it all made up, but we'll be sure to share what it looks like in the coming weeks and months. #growingbusiness #officemove #marketingagency #digitalagency #rutland

Some much-needed optimism with a dose of reality. Despite the "trouble" commercial office is experiencing, office remains a vital tool and resource for most businesses. The sudden changes of the past few years simply expedited a transition to a more purpose driven environment with greater optionality. Consume office space, but consume it wisely. #tenantrep #cre #commercialrealestate #commercialoffice #capitalmarkets #futureofwork

I love fueling local offices. Here’s Mollenhour Gross’s setup. We ask a simple question to office managers and owners: Is your team worth more to you than cheap old coffee from big box stores? If so, then show them. They’ll notice. We have example after example.

Alchemy’s Guy Bishop enjoyed speaking with Ciaran Nerval recently for his feature on the office market, which was published in Property Week today. Drawing on extensive experience in the South East offices market, it is good to look at the region as a whole and see where opportunities will be in the coming period. For our part, we see the Thames Valley – Reading in particular – as complementary to London, with sufficient scale and the all-important transport connectivity that is a requirement of sustainable, talent-tempting workplaces for increasingly selective occupiers. Demand for the right product is robust in locations such as Reading, in much the same way as it is in London. With more businesses encouraging their people back into the office and a marked drop in new supply coming through, it will be interesting to see how the market looks in 18-24 months’ time. #southeastoffices #supplyanddemand #thamesvalley https://lnkd.in/etCtfEgM
