Even though pasta remains a comfort food for many, it's kind of expensive when you're in a restaurant. While many devour it quite regularly, it can be super-confusing for a lot of people around the world. I have seen people arguing over 'I don't like spaghetti. I only love macaroni' 🤦♀️ The truth is: They are the same thing. The only difference is in their shapes. A tubular pasta—Macaroni Long, thin pasta—Spaghetti They are cut out from the same flour dough with no difference at all in the ingredients. Yet people will keep telling you that one holds the sauce better while the other doesn't. Despite how your tongue conveys you the flavor profile, they are the same thing. Coming back to the point of expensive pasta dishes in the restaurants: -Pasta dishes are the cash cows for restaurants—Dishes with low costs and high profit margins (So, don't get deceived that you're getting some premium quality ingredients when the price tags are crazy) P.S.
