🌟 Reality Check: Embracing the Unseen Side of Our Work! 🌟 Recently, we at IFALL had the opportunity to host an international training event that brought together sports leaders from across the globe. But today, I want to take a moment to shed light on a less glamorous, yet equally important aspect of our work - folding bedsheets! Yes, you read that right - even in the midst of organizing this event, there are moments when we find ourselves elbow-deep in the mundane tasks that tend to go unnoticed. It's these behind-the-scenes responsibilities that form the foundation of our success, reminding us that not every part of our job is shiny and glamorous or worthy of a LinkedIn highlight reel. It reminded me of the importance of humility. No matter how high we climb the ladder of success, remaining grounded and willing to embrace all aspects of our work is crucial. Folding bedsheets might not be the most glamorous duty, but it serves as a reminder that no task is beneath us.
