With 100 clinics and four brands, there is a lot happening at Community Care Partners. That's precisely why it’s so important for us to take time to pause and focus on gratitude. Our people are our foundation, and each year we dedicate a week to honor them, inspire each other and celebrate our shared accomplishments. During this year’s Team Member Appreciation Week, we: * Connected with each other — locally we shared meals and fun activities, and long distance we connected over photos, videos and stories on our internal social feed. * Showered each other with "high five cards" to recognize our team members' contributions. * Presented Culture & Values Champion Awards, our highest honor, in each of our 9 districts. These team members were nominated by their peers as exemplifying our company values (Quality, Teamwork, Integrity, Humility and Accountability). * Continued to offer top-quality, compassionate care to those who turn to us for their urgent care needs each week. From all of us at Community Care Partners to each member of the BestMed, Coastal Urgent Care, SouthStar Urgent Care and Texas MedClinic teams – thank you. We are deeply grateful. I’ve been yelling from the rooftops and talking to anyone who will listen. This situation poses a clear and present danger to healthcare access and the stability of our nation. Yes. It’s a national security issue when healthcare collapses. We are, those who actually provide medical care, not the investors but doctors and nurses, lab techs and housekeeping. WE are MISSION CRITICAL. This threatens us, and our ability to serve. #privateequitymoneyandhealthcaredontmix #cerberuscapitalmanagement #stoptaxpayerbailoutsoftheoligarchy #corporatewelfare #malfeasance

"Today, we are the largest private, physician-led healthcare network - caring for millions of people across the US and beyond. Our transformative, fully integrated model represents a new beginning for America's healthcare system and others around the world." I often write about the BS and fluff on hospital websites, lobby banners, and billboards. Steward Health Care is ONE of the poster children for hubris and greed on steroids. The reality is, today they are a toxic cesspool with executives putting patients and employees at risk. A physician Founder and CEO for all those who insist only physicians own and/or operate hospitals. He's not alone. I'm still celebrating the HCA Healthcare physicians and nurses who went public with their safety concerns in hospitals. Silence is complicity. 💔 #healthcareonlinkedin

Doctors, what if I told you a simple "thank you" could transform your clinic? When you appreciate your staff, the atmosphere changes. A better culture emerges from just that small gesture. And this improved culture? It creates a workplace where everyone feels valued. When employees are happy, they exude positivity. Patients pick up on this. They sense the difference, feeling more cared for and valued. The bonus? A valued team is less likely to experience burnout. They're more engaged and committed. This energy is contagious. Patients feel it. They're more likely to come back, to trust, and to spread the word. So, next time you see your receptionist, nurse, or any team member, offer a word of gratitude. It's a minor act with major impact. P.S. Doctors looking to attract more patients, follow me. I offer straightforward advice on growing your clinic. I have nothing to sell; I'm just here to help. #patientcare #patientexperience #doctor #hospital #gratitude #thankful #frontlineworkers #frontlineworkers
This post isn’t in celebration of any specific appreciation day or week.. just want to do a shout out! In the healthcare provider world, we deeply understand that every employee plays a significant role, no matter their task. However, today, I'd like to give a special shoutout to our incredible CNAs who step into the spotlight every day. They offer care, comfort, and the essential human touch with expertise, patience, and compassion. They're truly the heroes on the front line of care. So, to all CNAs, our heartfelt appreciation to you! You are the best. 🙌 #HealthcareHeroes #CNAs #FrontlineCare

Mercy is committed to providing the best possible care to its patients. That's why we rely on Mercy Technology Services (MTS) to support our mission. MTS plays a critical role in pioneering a new model of care by building and managing Mercy's gold star-rated Epic electronic health record, conducting groundbreaking work in data analytics to improve patient care, and ensuring easy access to Mercy services through the MyMercy patient portal, our website, on-site systems, and more. MTS' hard work has paid off. We're proud to announce that MTS was named one of the Most Wired by CHIME. But that's not all. One of MTS' most important duties is ensuring the availability and security of patient health records. That's why we invested $60 million in building a state-of-the-art data center in Washington, Missouri, with fail-safe features that can withstand a variety of natural events, power or water interruptions, and even building failures. Plus, a second data center in Sunset Hills, Missouri, runs every system in parallel to ensure maximum uptime. At Mercy, we believe that better data leads to better care. That's why we've been collecting clinical data for more than a decade. MTS' experts use cutting-edge analytics tools to learn from that data, finding which processes and products lead to better patient experiences. By doing so, we have reduced mortality rates by 50% for patients with heart failure, pneumonia, and colectomy patients. We are also preventing more than 17,000 unnecessary blood transfusions every year and decreasing the time it takes to administer a diuretic to patients with heart failure by nearly three hours. At Mercy, we're committed to providing the best possible care to our patients. And with MTS' help, we're making great strides towards that goal. hashtag hashtag hashtag #Healthcare hashtag hashtag hashtag #ITJobs hashtag hashtag hashtag #DataScience hashtag hashtag hashtag #Jobs hashtag hashtag hashtag #Analytics https://lnkd.in/gDAi4X8s

SMALL CHANGES. BIG IMPACT. SAFER CARE. As we exit Patient Safety Week, the conversation need not end. Together, we can find ways to promote safer care by creating environments that encourage dialogue and promote exploration and curiosity for all. This includes looking within our organizations – exploring, learning and acting before harm occurs. Plus recognizing when, why and how things go well. And, most importantly creating change. Let’s unleash the potential everyone has to contribute by thinking about steps we can take on an everyday basis to help make care safer. Check out the Digging for Dinosaurs Contest and see how you can engage your staff in questioning practices in a non-threatening and fun manner. https://hubs.li/Q026-7mG0 Join Belroc Group Inc. in recognizing Canadian Patient Safety Week from October 23 – 27, 2023, and re-consider why you do things that way.
