🌸 💐 ☀️ Happy first day of spring! We're blooming with excitement about the new season. #SpringAtColumbia 📷 Eileen Barroso and Kevin Dale

  • Scholar's Lion with a fully bloomed cherry blossom tree behind it
  • Low Library on a sunny day, with dozens of students sitting on the steps enjoying the weather

There was nothing better than sitting on those steps on a warm summer evening basking in the glow of friendships.

I've always loved the cherry blossoms that appear this time of year. Love Columbia in the spring.

One of the indubitably inspiring greatest quads!!!

I remember welcoming Sping at Columbia and thinking "I am almost done with classes, final push, and the SUMMER is around the corner! Then I can relax and party!

I think the unofficial first day of spring at Columbia is when the temperature cracked 45 degrees for the first time and it was sunny! The Steps were always full on that day. 😀 Great pics!
