🔥 Just sold my first Developer-tier license for ShadowTraffic. I haven't put much effort into this area yet, but Developer-tier licenses are 100% self-serve. You sign up through a Stripe payment flow, then automatically get an email with everything you need to use ShadowTraffic. One of the things I've had to unlearn from Confluent is that not everything needs to be usage-based. It's okay to start with whatever has traction, then grow into a scalable model over time (only if you want to).
