Read Virtus partner, Duff & Phelps Investment Management Co.'s 2024 Outlook: Listed Real Assets. Given our somewhat cautious market outlook, we are optimistic that our real asset strategies – REITs, Global Listed Infrastructure, Water, and Clean Energy – will be a good place to invest in 2024 versus the broader market. In a choppy market, we like the diversification and defensiveness that they provide. With peak interest rates likely behind us, we also think they are poised for a rebound as investors appreciate their higher dividend yields and more resilient earnings potential. Excited to share a quick relative valuation analysis on GREENPLY INDUSTRIES LIMITED Industries! 📊💡 The EV/Revenue ratio indicates that Greenply is undervalued relative to its peers. The implied value per share derived from this category suggests that the market is not fully rewarding the company's revenue generation potential. The analysis using the EV/EBITDA ratio also depicts that Greenply is undervalued compared to its industry peers. The implied value per share suggests that the investors may not be fully recognizing the company's EBITDA generation capabilities. On the other hand, the P/E ratio implies that Greenply is overvalued when compared to the median of its peers. The higher P/E ratio suggests that the investors have priced Greenply at higher levels as compared to its peers in case of earnings growth. What are your thoughts on this and on the building material sector? Share your perspectives – I'm all ears! 🏗️💼 Thank you Parth Verma for your guidance #equityresearch #stockmarket #investing #valuation #investmentbanking

Although fossil fuel divestment may have been a popular practice just a few years ago, decarbonization has become a common recommendation for institutions that want to make a bigger impact. In this FundFire article, Managing Director Michael Pearce discusses why divestment alone can be a shortcut to address #climatechange but it only affects a small percentage of a client’s portfolio. The article also showcases how CA is partnering with Lewis & Clark College to support its goal of achieving a carbon #netzero portfolio. Read the full story here: https://ow.ly/4zcz50PKG76
