It's the unique process, or system you use to deliver results that no one else can replicate. If you want expert status in your niche... you're going to need to build a well known unique mechanism. Once you have one. No other offer can match yours. Why do I need one though? 1. Stand tall in a crowded market 2. Build proof of concept 3. Stack credibility & trust 🛠 How to Create Your Unique Mechanism: Identify Your Strengths: What part do you do better than anyone else? Build & Release: Turn your unique approach into a repeatable system. Communicate Clearly: Explain your mechanism in a way that resonates with your audience. Coaches, you have unlimited pieces of content stuck in your head: You have done alot of coaching hours. You know what people mostly complain about. You have heard it all. Action plan: 1) Every day, make two posts here about each complain, objection, or concern they had on the sessions. 2) Look at which one gets the most impressions and engagement. It most probably resonated. 3) Take that and expand on it from 3 different perspectives. 4) Repeat. As I said, content is stuck in your head, get it out.

Want to know one thing that will massively speed up your results and the level of your results too? Accountability. Having someone in your corner with your best interest at heart. Someone to hold you to a higher standard of yourself than you currently do. To remind you of your why. To remind, nudge, poke and prod you to do the things you know you should be doing. To have an extra pair of eyes on you and support and guide you when you’re second guessing yourself. To make sure when things do go wrong, they get back on track and don’t go on a downhill spiral. To have someone have your back and answer questions when you’re unsure if you’re doing something right or not. That’s what our coaching is. Now before any of you say "wait...being on the same page is a good thing", let me emphasize the point. In order to come to an effective conclusion, there must be vetting from ALL angles. In our lives, we tend to go with the crowd and be a yes man/woman when offered to participate. That is not being constructive or helping advance yourself personally. Sometimes the herd is not correct! Believe in your intuitions if something doesn't feel right. Explore different views/angles and think it out.
