Founder Transitions and The Leadership Transition Community https://www.theltc.org Next group starting in January 2024! You can be married to a one day vision or solving a problem, but not married to an operational role within it. I often say that and truly believe it. Still, it's hard for us founders to transition out of the organizations we grew from an idea and love so much. I wanted to share an exceptional resource for founders and long-term CEOs considering a transition, started by experienced social entrepreneur and Ashoka Fellow Christa Gannon. I've been to two of the cohorts now as a speaker and LTC has created something very special that our sector has long needed. The Leadership Transition Community (LTC) brings together social sector Founders and Long-Term CEO’s to support one another through the next stages of their leadership journeys. Transitioning on from the CEO role can be challenging, lonely, and simultaneously, a powerful transformational experience- for individuals, and for the organizations they lead. The next cohort for exiting Founders and Long-Term CEOs is starting in late January of 2024. If you are considering whether it’s time for you to transition out of your organization entirely or out of your CEO role into a new one, or whether you are planning to transition six months from now or maybe two+ years from now, LTC's space is designed to support you.
