An good explanation about extraversion vs introversion to end the dichotomy between these traits . It's all about energy and not sociability :-). Plus, studies show that having an extravert behaviour can make us feel happier ( if it's not our naturel trait ) . We can also be ambivalent though : depending on the situation or context we can show either introversion or extraversion.
What do you do to feel happy?
