🧠𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 🤖 Have just returned from a #genai event in Munich immersing attendees in the captivating world of generative AI and the thriving Munich startup community. The event's primary mission was to cultivate connections within this innovative ecosystem, nurturing the growth of novel ideas. The panel, featuring distinguished individuals from various professional backgrounds, shared their unique insights into #AI and its profound implications. Sharad Gandhi a Co-Author of "AI – Future of Everything," opened the event with a thought-provoking introduction and some basics. Among the notable panelists were Robin Pilling Pilling of @Davince AI, Antonio Vince Staybl representing Couchplay Moritz Simsch from MunichAI and Munich Innovation Ecosystem, and Devanthro - the Robody Company of Robody. Guided by the skilled moderator, @Chris Ehl, the discussion evolved into an exploration of #AIs #innovation potential. An interesting discussion centered on the notion of AI as an art form. The dialogue illuminated the creative potential inherent in AI output, sparking contemplation on whether AI creations could genuinely be classified as art. Furthermore, the debate emphasized the pivotal role of the individuals guiding AI – the authors or prompters – and the ethical responsibilities entailed. The event underscored the importance of the human element, emphasizing our shared obligation to harness AI responsibly. It championed the prospects offered by technology for the betterment of humanity. 🚀 Embracing technology's potential for good, the event challenged preconceptions, even exploring the idea of a robot for the elderly as a solution to combat loneliness. As always, it is open to keep an open mind to look at the data and usability . The event certainly drew a variety of people from different backgrounds, all interested in Legion, AI topic, and it was wonderful to meet friends and make new acquaintances. Hackathon at headquarters! How can we put artificial intelligence to good use at our company, and what challenges are we facing? 🤔   To answer these questions, we tried out an entirely new format: an AI hackathon.   A #hackathon is a creative competition in which teams develop innovative approaches — hacks — to answer a specific question within a short period of time. In our case, the task involved looking at how #AI could effectively applied in various areas of our company.   20 employees from different departments at headquarters came together to take part in the #AIhackathon. At the beginning, the participants had a chance to present their own ideas – but only had one minute to do so! The entire group first selected the top six ideas, then the top three and finally their two favorites.   Between rounds of prioritization, the teams continued to expand on their own project ideas. Their suggestions ranged from improving and facilitating communications with customers to taking new approaches to knowledge management and market-data assessment all the way to support in writing SOPs and other texts.   The AI hackathon was a total success. It showed how much potential AI could offer our company and how much creativity and dedication our employees bring to their work.
