Many of us grew up spending countless hours playing with LEGOs. Much of my career has been spent creating electronic out of "lego like" blocks. At ADI, I worked on high performance tiled custom datapaths from libraries of datapath cells, at Adapteva I created tiled architectures (Epiphany) based on atomic processing units, and at Zero ASIC my mission has been to create the equivalent of lego bricks for chiplets. Composability is such a powerful idea, it's time we make it a reality in the chiplet space. https://lnkd.in/dse55A2c

Seems useful.
Our team at Clean Power Research is working on a new heat pump app (codename "Project Heat Pump"). It's designed to support electrification by helping HVAC companies size and sell heat pumps for residential customers. We are still very early on, but if you or somebody you know is in HVAC and would like a demo of our prototype, hit me up.

I’m happy to share that I’ve obtained a new certification: Discrete Optimization from The University of Melbourne! I would not usually make much about completing an individual course, but this one was hard earned, even with previous experience. And it was unfinished business: years ago, in order to prepare for a Discrete Optimization project, I breezed through the lectures, but only solved a couple of assignments before diving into the project. Getting back to it, successfully solving all the assignments was still hard work, but also good fun. Professor Van Hentenryck does a fantastic job getting people excited about Discrete Optimization. I wholeheartedly recommend the course if you’d like to dive into the subject hands-on and have (at least) a week or two to spare.

A positive externality resulting from a recent project: Google Cybersecurity Specialization from Google. (and more importantly an improved security posture)
