A mental model to apply to anything - "how can I become a rockstar in the community of my target audience?"👩🎤 Last week the ZayZoon team chatted with Austen Allred, the CEO and Founder of BloomTech. 💻 👨🎓🧑🏫 Pioneering the "income sharing agreement", Austen has raised more than $100M for BloomTech, a coding school that doesn't charge upfront tuition - and infact, if you don't get a job after completing his courses, you'll get part of your tuition refunded.🤑 But going back in time a few years, there were some questions Austen asked himself which I think apply to any new venture: 1. Who is your audience and how narrow can you define it? 2. How can you insert yourself into the community where your audience congregates? 3. How can you provide a lot of value in that community and establish trust? 🤔 if you're a founder, someone that was in on the ground floor, or someone that is tackling new projects and go-to-markets, I'm curious what are some of the initial audiences you targeted when you started? How did you apply novel and hacky ways towards finding Product Market Fit?
