Stay tuned, for I will be sharing impressions and key messages here! #agile #scrum #productmanagement #teamdevelopment

Change Management, Communication & Culture | GenAI Transformations I Trilingual | Innovation | Transformative Leadership
🚀 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗮𝘆! For the past 24 hours, I had the chance to participate in our annual #EY Innovation Journey Trainer Day for the second time. I can tell you, it has been a blast interacting with all these wonderful and creative people again. 🔎𝗪𝗵𝘆? Because #innovation is a topic that's near and dear to our hearts: fostering an innovation-driven culture is essential to our daily work. 💡💼 In the dynamic landscape of business today, innovation isn't just a buzzword – it's the key to unlocking unprecedented growth and staying ahead of the curve! At EY, we recognize that innovation isn't confined to the R&D department; it must permeate every facet of our work. 🌐📈 Why is driving an innovation culture essential for us? 🤔 🌟 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗘𝗱𝗴𝗲 Innovation isn't just about new gadgets; it's about fresh perspectives. Embracing new ideas allows us to craft creative solutions that set our clients apart from the competition. 🌟 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁-𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 In a world of constant change, cookie-cutter solutions fall short. Nurturing an innovation mindset empowers us to tailor our strategies to meet the unique needs of each client. 🌟 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲-𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗴 The only constant is change, and by fostering a culture of innovation, we equip ourselves to tackle emerging challenges head-on, adapting and evolving as industries shift. 🌟 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗲𝘁: Top-tier talent seeks environments where their creativity is nurtured. An innovation-focused consultancy not only attracts but retains the best minds in the business. So, how do we cultivate this culture of innovation? 🌱 ✅ 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Cross-functional teams bring diverse viewpoints, fueling ideation and sparking innovative solutions. ✅ 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗸-𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴: Encouraging calculated risks fosters a safe space for experimentation and breakthrough thinking. ✅ 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: Staying curious and up-to-date with emerging trends keeps our minds sharp and ideas flowing. ✅ 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Celebrating innovative wins, no matter the scale, reinforces the value of thinking outside the box. We're committed to driving innovation from the ground up, empowering every co-worker to be a trailblazer in their field. Therefore, we continue evolving our innovation journey to harness the power of innovation, redefine our work, and shape a brighter future for our clients and ourselves. 💪🌍 Special thanks to Dr. Michael Albrecht Thomas Christiansen Pia Gatzmanga and Jennifer Paysen! And thank you to Sophie , Thi-Ha , Andreas , Anh, Evelyn, Johannes, Kristina, Katharina, Leon, Leonie, Liga Skarda, Dr. sc., Marc, Lisa-Katharina, Marie, Matthias, Michael, Naomi, Dr. Simon Rosa, Sophia, Stefan, Tiyam und Dilara! #InnovationAtEY #ConsultancyEvolved #EmpowerChange #Change #Agile #DesignThinking #BusinessModels #InnovationJourney #Learning #GrowthMindset

It's been a year of many lessons for me. Here are 3: (I'll write as transparent as I can about them.) 1. Never stop evolving and changing your business I had a period where I was very comfortable (end of 2022/beginning of 2023) because things were going very good for us. I should have pushed for new initiatives at that point. 2. Learn to delegate and trust your team Micromanaging is the curse of many very capable people, and the weight pulling them down. 3. Cash flow is king Like many in the IT/design industry, we've had a bumpy ride this year. Never take your eye off the ball and prioritise financial safety. Here's to 2023, and may 2024 be a good one!
Happy Holidays from our team! See you in the New Year, hope it’ll be a good one🍸🧁🎄
