Well it happened but not as expected.... Over the last six months, I've done a ton of podcasts and promotions for my book, but it never moved the needle for sales - no sales, no real impact. Then this past weekend... my book was the #1 bestseller on Amazon for Startups! So what happened??? The driver of the sales was actually a tweet from a person I have never met before, Allison Barr Allen, https://lnkd.in/gDWsMhhj Thank You Allison! And she heard about it from a podcast. So there you go. Thanks everyone for the support along the way. Now lets catch up to the Art of the Deal on audio books! (second image)!
We need to celebrate and support everyone in the startup community—we make ideas happen. Sometimes all it takes is for that one person to shout us out, but it can take soooooooooooo loooooooong to get there. What if we all took it upon ourselves to be that one person? Congrats, Brian Long. 🫡
great work, looking forward to read it!
First - congratulations. Second - what an amazing example of hidden power.
Congrats, Brian. It’s a great book for entrepreneurs and also engineers looking to join the fun of working at a startup.
Great real-life example of perseverance. This post also reminded me to pick up my copy, so the growth engine seems to be chugging along. Congrats Brian Long!
🚀🚀🚀
Well. I read it (and recommend it) only because it’s a book by a founder in the text messaging space and a unicorn nonetheless. Cutting your MVP feature-list by half is money 💰 advice. Nicely done!
Congrats fun brian!
Way to go Brian.

1moWill read through. Look forward to learning from your unbounded rise as an entrepreneur Brian Long. Who knew this back at the Phoenix, jamming to Boxer Rebellion with Vic Singh and Nihal Mehta (thank you Buzzd), celebrating with us to launch LoKast?
