Hmm I didn’t see one information on any form of media about Men’s Mental Health month! Then we wonder why men’s suicide rate is so high. No one cares about men’s mental health!
I fully approve of this post. Thank you to David Morse for advocating for the LGBTQ+ community who is stigmatized by certain toxic religions, and by people who are afraid of others who are different than them.
The LGBTQ+ community is marginalized, shamed and treated with disrespect and contempt in general, and many in the gay community take their lives, or are attacked by violent individuals who are homophobic, and don't accept others who live different lifestyles.
Bullying, discrimination and emotional abuse is common, and American society and it's different religions contribute to this behavior, because many see a gay lifestyle as "a sin" and "perversion of humanity." Leading a gay lifestyle is not "a sin" any more than leading a straight lifestyle or any other personal lifestyle is not "a sin."
Toxic religion needs to stay out of other people's business so everyone can enjoy the civil rights that we are all supposed to have living in America despite our differences.
You can all watch the distinguished theologian Father Dr. Brian Massingale (who is gay) speak in this recent lecture below about LGBTQ+ civil rights, and the violence that occurs towards people in these communities. This lecture will bring tears to your eyes I guarantee you in.🙏🏻 👇🏻
Redeeming the Soul of America: Striving for Racial and LGBTQ Justice
UCTVInsight
Dec 22, 2023
Theologian and social activist Father Bryan Massingale, professor of theology and social ethics at Fordham University, is an outspoken voice for anti-racism and LGBTQ+ rights, both within the Catholic Church and society as a whole. His 2010 study, “Racial Justice and the Catholic Church,” was prophetic in the way it spoke about racism in religious institutions. His life and work embody a commitment to addressing issues of racism, social inequality, and LGBTQ+ rights from a spiritual and ethical perspective. In this program, Father Massingale addresses the shocking rise of white Christian nationalism, its threat to democracy and how to move forward. He challenges institutions, including the Catholic Church, to confront their own complicity in perpetuating racial disparities and to actively work towards racial justice and reconciliation. He believes in the power of open but uncomfortable conversations to bridge divides and create spaces for healing and growth. Don't know any that there's any 80 year old self in my life and as an 8 year old didn't think about anything but playing - so that's easy -
by 80 I'll be lucky to be able to get up and walk around - that alone will be a happy occurrence. So this whole psychobabble post makes no sense - the only thing that will impress your 80 year old self is if your still on the planet. Making yourself 8 or 80 year self proud only works if you're still trying to figure out who you are - and - if you don't know the answer to this question then there's no way to do any of this - Good God these psychobabble posts are multiplying and get goofier every day. By the way there's never anyone I've heard say -
"I wish I had made my self more proud?!?!?!of myself - ???
HOW ABOUT THIS
Live with integrity - Love with trust and honor - Treat others with compassion -Have some patience and live in the moment as your able.
Lastly - Try to leave the planet, and those around you, in better shape than they were when you arrived.
TOP FIVE DEATH WISHES:
1) “I wish I'd had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.” 2) “I wish I hadn't worked so hard.” 3) “I wish I'd had the courage to express my feelings.” 4) “I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends.” 5) “I wish I had let myself be happier”
I can't think of much else that really matters - this post is a prime example of our goal oriented driven societal construct which has shown itself to fail our culture. Work hard - get ahead - make yourself proud - get going - do it - don't give up - hurry up and make it - you need to be successful - life is about goals and objectives and career choices - do what your told and don't question why - follow the rules - ALL OF WHICH IS BS - ALL OF IT - There's no where to go - there's no where to be - there's no one to be but yourself. BTW I looked up this David Perell, and he's about 12, so what he knows about life? I'm not sure.

You are perfect exactly as you are. Your strengths, your flaws, and everything in between make you uniquely you. Embrace your imperfections and celebrate your individuality. Remember that nobody in this world is perfect, and it's our differences that make us beautiful. So don't strive for perfection, but rather for self-love and acceptance. You are perfect just the way you are, and you deserve to feel that way every day.

It means so much to each of us and is understood in so many different ways and avenues.. But without kindness, understanding, transparency, loyalty, honesty, being supportive, planning, structure and discipline we will never be able to achieve our goals and plans..
One said: Ships are easier to steer when the sea is calm. So a captain’s wit and endurance is tested when it storms, when a ship breaks, or when the chartered course isn’t taken. These are challenging times and challenges to conquer in ones life.
Please remember that it is easier to feel confident in command when everything is going well. But real leaders are made in the line of fire and in hellfire. They act when everyone else gives up. The lead by example and push their limits to lead exceptionally..
Success comes to those who don‘t quit and never give up.. Those who keep pushing ahead and even harder when progress is unseen, seems slow or is even staggering..
Because your breakthrough could be there any second of any hour of any day of any week of any month and any year of that moment right around the corner..
Keep Going, Never Stop & Never Give Up your Hope & Belief in YOU..
And whenever you start making your mind treat every negative situation as a lesson to learn in life, you will be able to have a positive life. The more you take things negatively, the more negative your mind and actions become. So when a negative thought comes to your mind, instantly replace it with a positive one.
DON‘T LET OTHERS RUIN IT FOR YOU or TAKE IT FROM YOU - don’t let them piling you up with their Garbage and Trash 🗑️..

I recently read the book, “Culture is an Inside Job”, by Scott McGohan, which I highly recommend. Prepare to embrace the discomfort of its truths. The lessons of the book resurfaced when I came across this post. When it comes to organizational culture and leadership, the second list below really is everything.
