This post is completely tone deaf in the wake of firing hundreds of employees. I just don’t understand the last 3-5 years of best buys decisions on staffing changes.
It's inspiring to see Best Buy taking strides towards enhancing customer experiences! The partnership with Google Cloud and Accenture to leverage AI for personalized customer support is undoubtedly a game-changer in the retail landscape.
Stop firing real people.
I wonder if this is why the customer service experience has really dropped at Bestbuy.... Just today I had one of the worse customer service experiences to date. I have been a totally loyal customer to the brand until today and it is the straw that broke the camels back. End of the day we can only vote with our wallets and all I can say is that Bestbuy won't be getting any additional revenue dollars from me.....

By far the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. My package was stolen by the UPS delivery person, and not only does BESTBUY not take responsibility for my refund, but they also do not respond to UPS, who agree with me just by looking at the delivery photo. Now I am in a constant battle with this subpar company to get my money back.
Very useful in my opinion Best Buy is truly some of the best buys you can find good store

3moYup you need AI because you don’t have any decent employees any more. You ditched all the people that cared about their jobs and replaced them with part timers who are more concerned with their phones than helping customers.
