By far the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. My package was stolen by the UPS delivery person, and not only does BESTBUY not take responsibility for my refund, but they also do not respond to UPS, who agree with me just by looking at the delivery photo. Now I am in a constant battle with this subpar company to get my money back.

It's a shame you don't support the Microsoft Surface with a Service capability after the sale. Why is that - especially with this heavy promotion of their product?

But the way Best Buy only focuses on selling a unit over selling the customer experience. But the only way you can get a great customer experience is to take care of your staff and not your leadership! Do better by your hardworking staff and inventory and eliminate your cap system, which is out of date and doesn’t account for cost-of-living

1moSo you're hoping that AI will help with sales of low end spec'd pc's? Please stop the AI Game is a race between Microsoft/google/aws technology to completely automate their systems. THe customers are not going to be able to understand the full usage of these things. As for the consumer it will be a generated search bar to ask it questions. Nothing special about how they can get something to file their taxes or do there quick book and monitor. Stop acting like this is a game changer when we had stuff like this for years. The only thing your doing is asking the chatbot to search instead of google.
