Ex-Employee… who grew up to be a big spender with a “pay for privilege” account at BBY until recently… Service and support quality has gone so far down hill it’s almost like the tone deaf feel good posts can’t save them from the writing on the wall.

I’m very frustrated at the lack of knowledge the store employees at the Coral Springs, Florida store provided me today. Matt and other associates demonstrated lack of store policy regarding tax exemption status even after they received my valid tax exempt certificate! I contacted the Best Buy for Business. An associate answered and each associate transferred my call to 6 different departments. Can I get some help!!! Just trying to purchase a laptop for business!!!
Over the years, I have bought products at Best Buy totaling in the multi-thousands. I used to trust Best Buy only to offer quality products that I could depend on. However, the only multi-tuner DVR that Best Buy offers is a TabloTV 4th Gen, either Dual (2-tuner) or Quad (4-tuner). Neither product is worth the cardboard packaging it comes in. I've been struggling with this product for two months now, and it performed just well enough for me to think it would be okay, so the product return date came and went. Now it's too late to return, and I'm completely upset with the poor quality of this product. I WILL NEVER AGAIN TRUST BEST BUY TO OFFER QUALITY PRODUCTS. BE VERY CAREFUL BUYING HERE.
Best Buy has a 14 Day Return Policy. Zero integrity whatsoever. We’ve made our last purchase at the chain after the laptop we purchased 23 days ago stopped working 20 days after purchase, this past weekend. This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, and it happened right here at 1987 Sam Rittenberg Blvd., Charleston, SC 29407. The “Geek” at the store told us to spend another $50+ to exchange the computer, when we said we weren’t going to spend anymore money, and that the store should stand by the product they sold us, he told us to take the computer and take it up with Lenovo. If the Better Business Bureau or the Department of Consumer Affairs weren’t absolutely worthless, Billionaires wouldn’t be able to have 14 Day Return Polices on products that costs hundreds or thousands of dollars. And if you think this is B.S. like we do, we challenge you to take your business elsewhere, like we are. Bye, Best Buy. We won’t ever be back. 👋 #CharlestonSC #BestBuy #BigTech #AmericanTech
How's this so? I've delt with so much FAVORITISM there, how is that ethical? Y'all used to be good under the old CEO. Too bad for Best buy now. Sleeper GS agent, just left 1 month ago and my new job pays more and I don't have to put up with their BS anymore! Hallelujah!!!!!
Not to mention. They recently started a leadership training program that excluded white people.

4moThis is an absolute joke. They treat their staff like garbage, hike up service costs to push memberships, take no action regarding harassment from either customers or employees. If you work here, find a way out fast.
