By far the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. My package was stolen by the UPS delivery person, and not only does BESTBUY not take responsibility for my refund, but they also do not respond to UPS, who agree with me just by looking at the delivery photo. Now I am in a constant battle with this subpar company to get my money back.
Ok great so you can also see more paid advertising while you do all your own research to figure out what technology you need. Great especially since there are no educated sales people in the store.

2moSo, I ordered a new iPad 📱💴from Bestbuy the other day. What the mailman had delivered on the porch was an industrial grade microwave instead. ⚒🤪 🧱 Apparently, there has been some troubles at the warehouse. Now I am talking to people in India 🇮🇳 for hours at a time 🧻🚽trying to convince them to take it back. I even wrote a short poem about my shopping experience at what used to be a decent tech retailer. Never again! ————————- At Best Buy, excitement high, A sleek iPad, buyer's sigh. But alas, the scene took a turn, oh why? For in the box, a microwave did lie. Worst Buy indeed, what a cruel jest, Expecting tech, but instead, a kitchen quest.
